Requesting College Transcripts
Students who have taken college credit classes at Milaca High School through St. Cloud State University, The University of Minnesota, Pine Technical and Community College, MN West, Central Lake College, or any PSEO program, must send official college transcript(s) to the college they plan to attend after graduation.  Official transcripts can be ordered through each college’s website. There is a fee for each transcript you order. 

If you choose to order your official transcripts before final grades for all classes you have taken are posted, be sure to have the college hold your transcript until final grades for the term are posted. Make sure your college has the option to do this.

If you are going to a University of Minnesota school, you do not need to send your University of Minnesota transcript to them, as they already have access to it.

If you are going to a Minnesota State College or University  (Bemidji State; Metropolitan State; Minnesota State, Mankato; Minnesota State, Moorhead; St. Cloud State; Southwest Minnesota State; Winona State or one of the Two Year Community or Technical Colleges that are part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities), you do not need to send your SCSU, PTCC,  MN West, or CLC transcript to them, as they already have access to it.
